Help Finding Open Port OSX 10.6

Apparently PSU turned off the port I was using through UTorrent last week. I ran the network utility with my IP Address and can only find one port which is listed as open, however UTorrent still does not recognize this as an open port. I was hoping someone might have some insights into finding an open port which I can once again connect through... I've searched the internet quite a bit but cannot seem to find any successful solutions.
