View Full Version : iTMS Purchased Music

I recently tried to purchase three songs in my shopping cart, ("Papa Don't Preach" by Kelly Osbourne, "Who's That Girl" by Eve, and "Yes" by Beyonce).
After purchasing the songs, a download error appears. This happens a lot to me when purchasing several songs at once via shopping cart, so I go to the 'Advanced' menu and click "Check for Purchased Music". The songs all download except for "Yes" by Beyonce. So I try again. I get the message saying "all purchased music has been downloaded." I look, but still no song. After trying a few more times, I wait a little bit, and then try buying the song again. The same thing happens. It says I've downloaded the song, but the song isn't there. I've already gotten the e-mail saying I've purchased it once. Sometimes I get a 504 error.
Is there anyway I can find it/get it back?

Yep, just email iTMS support, they'll re-activate the downloads for you!
