hey, check out the review of the G5 on cnet.com!!! man, those people really know how to research a product and do a full review on it.

First of all, the machine as well all know has the IBM ppc 970, not the motorola g5. The 970 also has 512k of cache, not 1MB like cnet.com reports. I just lost all respect for them... and this review was done in sept of last year, they had 10 months to fix this error!

Oh give it a rest with C|Net. All I ever hear about them is complaints. Lets see:

17" PowerBook.....Editors Choice (http://reviews.cnet.com/Apple_17_inch_PowerBook_G4/4505-3121_7-30568313.html?tag=topprods)

20Gb iPod.....Editors Choice (http://reviews.cnet.com/Apple_iPod__20GB_/4505-6490_7-20155133.html?tag=topprods)

PowerMac G5....Editors Choice (http://reviews.cnet.com/Apple_Power_Mac_G5/4505-3118_7-30586664.html?tag=topprods)

Ya. C|Net really does suck.

They might not get their facts right and SOME of the reviewers are biased. (Keeping in mind that one person doesn't review every product!) But its a pretty good site for most reviews.

I love the user opinions--they're as informed as always.

Why do people with an I.Q. the same as their shoe size (U.S., U.K., Japan, or Europe) have the ability to post "reviews" on c|net?

I suppose that's what they expect really since that's pretty much how they "report". Oh well. No wild reactions here.
