View Full Version : Help - 3GS seems to be stuck on mute!

Not sure how this happened, but my 3GS is now completely silent (ringer, keyboard clicks, everything) in spite of the volume being up to its max. Is there a hidden mute feature somewhere that can be the culprit? Any tips would be greatly appreciated!

Reboot the phone? Hard reboot? *hold down lock and home buttons until phone turns off*

Do you use headphones? Sometimes the digital headphone jack thinks you have them plugged in when you haven't.

Test this a bit. Maybe plug in/unplug a bit to see if this changes anything.
