I checked my bill on line at ATT.com and my bill is up to date and the next bill is not due until the 20th so what can it be? I have no way of calling ATT...

Does 611 work? If not, it's 2009, you have to know someone who can let you borrow a phone.

Have you tried restarting the phone?

Ok, I powered it off and it is now working...that was strange!!!!

Funny how many times people call into my work with cell phone problems, and I have them yank about the battery, and turn the phone back on and it is magically fixed. :) Easy fixes FTW!
