iPod touch So is there a point to buying the new 8Gb touch?

Isn't it just the same as the old 8gb? Also with the lack of Open Gl 2.0, is that going to cause problems?

i dont think you can buy the "old" one for 189...
now its 199.

The touch will probably be updated with a camera before Christmas.


So just be patient.

I very much doubt it, they said that was their holiday line up.

Imagine how someone who sold his ipod touch2G a week ago for the **** they just released today, buy it since they don't have an ipod anymore, then, 2 month later, they release an ipod with a cam.

That would be soooo lame

I don't see why Apple wouldn't release the iPod with a camera if those production delay rumors are true. If all they updated on the touch was a faster processor and capacity, I'm pretty sure they have something else up their sleeve.
