need help with ftp

i am trying to connect to an ftp server with interarchy but one of the requirements to connect is that your must set your retry rate to 120 sec. i can not find where to do this. would anyone happen to know if interarchy is a good program to use if not what would you recommmend.

I use Transmit from Panic (http://www.panic.com/). You can set the retry delay in the Network pane of Preferences.
