i need to change info in my apple id/account... email mainly... this also needs to be changed in my itms account.
i'm having NO luck changing this info.... when I change the info and click continue or save, it says "theirs a problem with saving. correct the fields in red".
but their are NO fields/errors in red! :confused: :mad:
what gives? I've used all the browsers, and still the same thing.
their isnt a way to email apple about it... so now what?
