iPod When will we start seeing reviews for the new iPods - classic in particular?

Hi,

I was just googling for reviews of the new iPods but I can't find any, not of the classic at least which is the one I know I want.

I just wanna know the battery life stats in real life situations and how it is overall. I can't wait til the 19th when I pick mine up! 😱

Any help would be appreciated, cheers. 🙂

I don’t expect there to be any new reviews for the classic, because they didn’t introduce a new one. They just bumped the capacity of the old one up to 160GB.

Well last year CNET did a review of the 2nd Gen classic and with each new release, I'd imagine they'd at least review any battery improvements and so on. It's still theoretically a 'new' product even if to us geeks it isn't 'new' new.

If you get me? 🙂

I think a storage increase is worth it alone the 'new' product review.

Some of the first reviews will be on iLounge.com.

They will definitely have a look at the new classic, they have tested every iPod model that has been made so far.
