Zune to iTunes; need some help

When I would add a music file or folder to the zune music folder it would update it to my library automatically. Can iTunes do this as well? I could also move folders around in my Zune music folder and the zune software wouldn't get all confused. When i try and move a folder around in the itunes music folder, itunes can't seem to find it. And when i tell it to locate it, it just duplicates the old folder I had already moved.

If you have iTunes 9, there is a folder under "iTunes Media/Music" called "Automatically Add to iTunes."

Put your desired files in that folder.
