anyone has an factory unlocked iPhone, successfully upgraded to 3.1 and jailbroke again? as it is by default unlocked, won't matter if the baseware is "updated" right?? please advice.
is the 3.1 worth upgrading for 3G users would be another question i guess.

A 3.1 jailbreak hasn't been released yet ( I think ), so you'll just need to keep your eyes here (blog.iphone-dev.org) until an official announcement is made.

If you read through the instructions it tells you there's no jailbreak yet.
2. Download redsn0w (not up yet, stay tuned!).
3. Follow the jailbreaking guide at the Jailbreak iPhone 3.1 post (not up yet).
That page is there as a placeholder for when the tools and instructions are actually available.
