Scrolling through podcasts choppy 3.1?

I noticed the scrolling through the podcasts in 3.1 is really choppy in 3.1. This was not the case in 3.0

I just did a restore from backup. same problem. This has got to be a bug

Also now some podcasts don't display the date next to the name.
