Anyone know the brand and model of the 1 TB hard drives used in the current 24" iMacs?

You should be able to find out in System Profiler.

They're all SATA II 3.25" HDDs.

all is 7200 RPM?

The complete current line of iMacs all run 7200rpm HDDs
