Office 2004 Printing Problems

I just installed a full version of Office 2004 Student Edition and the install went fine but all of the Office programs all say "printer not selected" when i try to print.

My printer is an HP 750 PSC is is working fine will all other programs on my computer.

I tried reparing permissions and ran a fsck. No help there.

OS 10.3.4You have to select the printer from the pop-up menu in the File->Print... dialog box.

Thats the problem......the printer is not displayed there. I have found that it also does this in Photoshop and Illustrator. These are all carbon apps right?

Safari and Preview all show my printer.....how come i cnat see it in these apps?
