I am not sure if anyone here have reviewed this but i was mentioning GoodReader here as a good pdf reader that cost 99 cents, but this file sharing service also have a PDF reading function.
Best for the standard package it is free on the app store. you can backup one folder on your desktop and have assess to the pdf files on the go.
There may be privacy issues with these service but check out how it looks like on Safari mobile. Damn good i say.
