My Epson C88 is missing the following settings when selecting print options in PS CS4, running under OS X 10.5.7:
Print Setting
Color Management
Print Option
They are all crossed out, only leaving the Layout, Paper Handling, Cover Page and Scheduling options available. Without these settings I cannot select paper type.
I have downloaded the Epson EasyPrint v3.10 software but cannot find the program after it is installed. I can find the Epson Printer utility, version 2.50, which finds the C88 and allows me to check ink levels, run nozzle checks ect. But I when I go to Mac OS X settings and the Printer and Faxes, the driver tab shows a grayed out driver and the Supply Levels tab shows 'No Information'.
Please can you help me troubleshoot this problem.
