256 MB RAM, and 600 MHz processor, just like people theorized. I added a section to the latest build of my benchmark test that anonymously sends spec data to a log website along with the device's score after the main test is run, and here is where you can see the results. The 412 MHz one is my 1G iPod touch, and the 600 MHz is someone's new iPod touch 3G. The scoring method is still being tweaked.

So now we know for sure how fast it is. I get the feeling the people on Wikipedia were guessing based on how fast the iPhone 3GS runs.

These results are through sysctl calls, for any developers here.
