I have a 2008 macbook, running OS x 10.5.6, 2.4 GHz intel core 2 Duo with 2 GB memory. I have it hooked up to a 32in Sony Bravia HDTV. I mirrored my displays, and everything was fine until last night when we watched a movie on Netflix, then stopped everything for about 1/2 hour. When we came back to turn it on again, as soon as I plugged the in the DVI, my mac screen went black, then came back, but frozen, and very faint, and light blue. I can still see this on my TV, so I assume it's something with my mac. I can't get to my control panels as the screen is also frozen. When I unplug the DVI, it takes about 30 sec, but my screen unfreezes and goes back to normal, except whatever window I have open is now moved almost off my screen.
Anyone have experience with this problem? I'm open to anything, and it's driving me crazy because it was working just fine?!
Thanks very much in advance..
