Quick question about restore

Hi, if i have to do a full restore of my firmware, will that also revert my carrier file back to the original that came with 3.1 ? Thanks
 
Whichever one is in the iTunes directory is the one that will be used. So it'll choose the latest one. Not one that you downloaded yourself.
