Hi, can anyone tell me how to recreate the 'frosted etched glass-look' as used running along the bottom of these wedding photography blog images by Bebb Studios?
Any advice would be appreciated.

Looks pretty straightforward.
Create a white rectangle that extends off the left and right of the image, and reduce the opacity to, say, 20%. Add a 1 pixel stroke in dark gray and a pixel or so of white inner glow.
If that's too light on the borders, increase the opacity and reduce the fill percentage.

Thanks, I'll try that.
