i have been all over the forums and the web looking for answers. i have tried holding X, C, command+X, etc. everything....once i press the power button, i hear the Apple Chime and i see the white screen. no spinning wheel, no logo,... nothing.. i have swapped the hard drive and RAM with same results. all connections are secure. what else could it be? would the logic board allow the sound and white screen if it was bad? video card would not show white screen. i am lost.
i also have another one that does nothing at all when you press the power button. no light on the front or anything. same power adapter as the other, so i know its not that.
to my knowledge, both have Tiger installed. i am trying to fix these for a friend and thats all the info i have.
