trying to Log and Transfer

I am trying to Log and Transfer using FCP2 from my 16gig SDHC card. I was using a Panasonic AG-HMC150 and whenever I open Log and Capture, I get the window but none of my clips are showing up for me to preview and add to my timeline. I am just starting out with the camera and I am sure I am missing a simple step so if anyone can offer some advice I would greatly appreciate it.

i had the same issue only i'm using a canon. I did a bunch of restarts before it worked for me. For me i restarted opened up FCP, went to log and transfer then turned on my camera. Does the card show up on the desktop?

Are you in Final Cut Studio 2 or Final Cut Pro 2? I'm not sure that the AVCHD codec will be supported for import with FCP2. I'm not sure though.
