Back up data on different puter?

I reciently had a house fire that destroyed everything (computer) "The Genious" told me that as soon as I hook my iPhone 3G to a new computer I will loose all my info (music, videos, pictures) Is there a way to back up all this info and reload it onto my phone before it is lost?

This would help me alot!!!!!

Unless you're jailbroken, you really have no easy way. However, if you haven't updated iTunes and updated to OS 3.1, you may be able to use sharepod (free)

or ipod2pc. (In unregistered Mode iPod2PC copies only around 50% of your checked songs.)

Both these programs have not been updated for iTunes 9.

Awesome. That's what I needed. I have not updated yet that is how I found out I would lose all my data. Good thing they didn't update me to 3.1

Let me know how it goes. I never got to use either of those programs, since they updated iTunes. It's kind of irritating. Hopefully, one of them updates soon.
