Two Fetch Settings on iphone?

Why is there a setting to manually fetch in the regular screen and another one in the advanced setting? If I just want to fetch manually, do I need to change them both or just one? I searched and couldn't find the answer.

There are two because this allows you to specify by account, if you hold multiple accounts on your phone. You can choose manually for all or just manually for one and push for another.

So since I have only one account should I set both to manual or does it matter if the one in regular settings is on manual?
