Hey there,
I have a mid-2009 MBP and recently updated to 10.6 (now 10.6.1). I unfortunately need to install Windows on my machine for grad school examination software and I didn't have a copy of XP, so I went and purchased a retail version of Vista Premium Home SP1. Using Boot Camp, I get almost all the way through the installation process until it tells me that it "could not configure one or more system components." I verified and repaired disk permissions via Disk Utility before I started, and did the install 3 times with partition sizes of 32, 25 and 15 with no luck. Any ideas? Suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
