Backup or Mirror?

Alright, so this is what I have and what I want to do... What is the best and easiest way to get this done...

I have two 1TB WD Blacks... One I want to use to store all my videos... The other I want to use to backup the first... What are my options? The stuff on this drive rarely changes, but there are times where I will burn several DVDs at a time to the drive... I do this in order to play them wirelessly through my AppleTV...

My main drive is backed up using the TimeCapsule.

you can clone the drive. You can setup a weekly clone or how ever often you want. You can mirror it and just use a RAID. I think either will work

I would consider getting SuperDuper (http://www.shirt-pocket.com/SuperDuper/SuperDuperDescription.html), and telling it to backup your Media drive to the other external.

I use SuperDuper and have it set to update the changes to the back up every day...
