Don't forget to do the terminal mod so iTunes will allow selection of ipcc file.

Your carrier file depends on your phone's firmware.

3.0 and above can use 5.1 as I understand it.

2.2.1 uses like 4.5 I think, and so on and so forth.

None of them are legit, they are all modified to enable MMS which has not "officially" had the AT&T carrier files released to the iphone public yet.
