Inexpensive tilt scrolling app.?

I am looking for an inexpensive tilt scrolling app. like Instapaper (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=v3717E_AQfI)

Instapaper is $4.99 which, while not breaking the bank, is a bit high for an iPod app. Is there a tilt scroller that is in the $.99 - $1.99 range (or free!)?

Have a look at iPoetry Ver 2 it has tilt scrolling, plenty of cool poetry, and its pretty cheap too
