This application isn't exactly new, but I just found it, so I figgured I'd post. It's basically a program that takes advantage of operations that are built into the trackpad for powerbooks, but which you can't normally access. This means that, using it, you can tap to click or right click, use the edges to scroll, and use the corners of the trackpad for other types of clicks. you can also set different types of acceleration for the trackpad, so that the curser moves a bit differently, in case you don't like how apple has it set up.

It didn't seem to work for me...
Is there any more setup required aside from just installing it?

It installs a preference pane. In there you turn it on (and confgure it).

I'm another person who couldn't live without this one!
Only a recent switcher - but this was the first app I went looking for - as I used the same funtions on my old Windoze laptop.
Tis great - thoroughly recommend it.
