Vantec NST-400MX-UFB VS ICY DOCK MB662UEAB-2S :need suggestion

I am in market for a Firewire 800 external HD.
I found this one local:
Vantec NST-400MX-UFB http://www.vantecusa.com/front/product/view_detail/370

I also found one in newegg:
ICY DOCK MB662UEAB-2Shttp://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817198031

As you can see the price of ICY is double as vantec.
The only difference I found now is ICY supports RAID1 and Vantec does not.

Does there any other difference which will make this double cost make sense? I know ICY has a good name here and none really use vantec. But why?
