Can i share my iphone between my windows itunes and my mac itunes?

I do alot of things on bootcamp but i handle all of my music on mac. I was wondering if i could sync my iphone on both libraries without having to erase any data. If there is a workaround what is it?

iPhone can only be synced to one library. As soon as you try to add songs or sync contacts you will get the message.

Look into MobileMe to sync contacts, mail, pictures across both computers. Music you must choose Mac or PC.
