App management & jailbroken apps?

Hey guys, i'm still on 3.0 but i was wondering how do jailbroken apps appear on iTunes 9 app management? do they play nice together ? 😛

Cydia apps show up just fine.

Any apps put into Categories folders still show as if they were never in folders, randomly placed on springboard pages in unused spots.

Five Icon Dock doesn't display correctly.
