Port forwarding issue

Hi all, I'm trying to open up a couple ports for Driect Connet so that i can become active as opposed to passive. After following all the instructions though from d-links website (I ahve the D-link 614+ Rev. B) as well as following the directions to do it in direct connect, it's still not forwarding. Any thoughts on what i need to do? I'm on comcast broadband, and I'm hooked into the router directly as opposed to wirelessly like the rest of the house. Any thoughts on what to do would be greatly appreciated, thanks a bunch.

also: is your internal firewall set up to allow traffic on the relevant ports? go to System Preferences -> Sharing -> Firewall to set up new ports. it's pretty straight-forward.
