applecare and florida

i might have a nice job opportunity in florida soon; just wondering, will my Applecare be valid there?

i know Applecare can't be sold in FL, but since i have bought it in NJ, i shd be able to avail of it if i move there, can't i?

AppleCare is sold in Floriduh at the Apple Store and at CompUSA. It cannot be used by consumers because Apple won't comply with the restrictions.

When I bought my last floor model at CompUSA, they were trying to sell me AppleCare and we went through the whole thing. They told me to tell the technicians that I use the machine for business, which is true anyway, now.
