Help finding an App

It's simply an app that let's you know what apps are on sale and whatnot? I imagine this would be useful, could someone let me know of what this is (or the best version).

Try AppMiner (http://itunes.com/apps/appminer). It should have what you need and its free.

Pandora Box will do this for you. I use Appshopper.com. It emails me with updates to my apps and it lets me know when apps that I want drop in price.
