Website for video private?

OK, let me explain: I am part of a band (if the drum part didn't give it away <<<<) ANY WAYS the group can't meet every single day/session/what ever we call it, so I was wondering if there was a site I can post videos private and like they need a password to get in and all that jazz and what not, so example:
I have an idea, I post the video and then i return in an hour or so and theres a video from another band-mate explaining his side, and on and on.
Is there a FREE site that dose something like that?

I believe you can mark videos in YouTube private where they don't show up in general searching or in your profile but you can e-mail a link to somebody. I know google video used to allow this and I presume now that YouTube and google are together it extends there.

i knew youtube did that, but is there any where else? Sorry its not your answer (it was fine), its I don't trust youtube.
