iPod What are the specs for the iPhone 3GS and iPod Nano 5G?

What are specs on the iPhone 3GS video versus the iPod Nano 5G? Video size, framerate, recording times?
 
Honestly Side by Side, its close, but the 3G S is a little better, but not much, just the bigger sensor really, both focus about the same.
