Use Guillotine or Paper Cutter?

Does anyone here use a guillotine or paper cutter on their work? I’m looking for one that can handle thick card and don’t have a clue which type is best and what brands to look out for.

I used this guillotine trimmer with great success when designing and creating my wedding invitations:

I'm sorry that the website doesn't list the brand, though. I was slicing through 110# card stock no problem, and the cuts were really clean. The blade is supposedly self-sharpening.
