Best way to charge Macbook Battery

i currently using a Aluminum MacBook 13' but i don't know which way is the best to charge the battery.
>plug-in AC supply and charge the battery while using
OR
>take out battery and use AC supply while using

i was so confuse by this. plz give me some suggest about this.Thx🙂
 
lol... i mean the battery, is it bad to left it there. does it affect the battery health to depleted faster or wad?
 
Not significantly. Just leave the battery in at all times. If you're concerned about battery health, unplug the adapter.
 
Computer will run at reduced performance on AC power with no batter, at least the older ones did. Leave it in. Regularly discharge and recharge the batter.
