iTunes Error 414 and 400 when updating apps

When I click update all apps (I have 100+ apps to update) I get a message saying I should be 17 or older then an error.

I really need to update my apps.

I think there's a bug in the update all feature that doesn't work with apps that require age verification. I'd try to update the apps manually that you think may require age verification and then do the update all.
