On iPhone, there are some photo albums I've synced with iPhoto. However, the album cover photos on iPhone were selected automatically. Is there any way I can change this cover photo?

I've noticed that with XP, the photo that's on the album cover is the first one located in the folder, alphabetically. I basically made sure that whichever photo I wanted as the cover, was the first one in the list... I'd imagine it's similar with iPhoto but not 100%.
