iPhone 3G picture retrieval needed after 3.1 install (JB, or? tutorial, please)

Had an issue pop up yesterday after installing 3.1 and had not saved about 30 pictures from my Camera Roll on my 3G iPhone.

Being a bit new to the Jailbreak / Installer / Icy / Cydia / etc. I'm in need of a step-by-step tutorial of how I might go about retrieving any of those pictures.

Any information of course is much appreciated, though perhaps a hack for 3.1 isn't available as yet. . .

Thanks, jmann. But the .zip file only includes an .exe file, not so good, as I'm on a Mac with OSX. I'm searching that link for another option. . . .

Just finished a second restore session, after which the screen prompted me to download the Camera Roll via Imagecapture. I didn't see this on yesterday's restore session, so it could have been divine intervention. Or weird luck.

Either way, I set up the iPhone so it's referencing the proper folder in case this happens again.
