Anybody know if the Rode podcaster microphone works under Leopard or Snow Leopard?

It's been recommended to me, but then another friend who uses it says she has to run Tiger on her Mac, as the mic doesn't work under Leopard or Snow Leopard. However, she's not the most computer literate person and I need a second opinion!
