View Full Version : Instructions on how to install MMS on iPhone 3.0 JailBroken

1. Go to the “Settings.app” on your iPhone and go to “General > Network > Cellular Data Network”

IF YOU DO NOT HAVE "Cellular Data Network"..... => Go to Cydia and Download Supreme Preferences

2. Now enter the following settings

1. APN: wap.cingular
2. Username: wap@cingulargprs.com
3. Password: CINGULAR1 (case sensitive)
4. MMSC: http://mmsc.cingular.com
5. MMS Proxy: 66.209.11.32

Reboot your iPhone and then download a Free App from the App Store. Then Bingo! :)

If you are on 3.0.x DO NOT install Supreme Preferences. #1 it does not work (did not even show up for me), and #2 uninstalling it has broken winterboard and now I am having all kinds of problem. I am probably going to need a restore, which I cant do until 3.1 JB probably.

I agree. Supreme Preferences is always a huge risk.

There is a much safer way to get MMS working than using Supreme Preferences.

Yeah, and I am on 3.0.0. It doesn't work.
