Hi, hope someone can help me out.

I have been searching and am confused on how to do this. I set up a boot camp Windows partition. Once in Windows, Partition Magic will not work in partitioning the boot camp drive. I tried from Disk Utility in OS X as well and that doesn't even let me partition the drive. Is it not possible to do?

I am creating this to try to play a PC game and Fusion won't cut it. I would like to create normal partitions like I always do in Windows if possible.

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Unless you specifically reformat your Mac HDD otherwise, it is partitioned with a GPT (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GUID_Partition_Table)/MBR partition intended for EFI to boot. Partition Magic doesn't recognize this and thus becomes useless. The BIOS and MBR passed on to the Windows bootloader are only emulation.

You could definitely create multiple partitions in Disk Utility while booted to OS X, and if you make two FAT32/NTFS partitions you should be able to see them both while booted to Windows.

Read any of the triple boot guides for some guidance in this area.

Thanks B, sorry for the late reply. I went into Disk Utility and it will not let me alter the Bootamp disk. I can create a partition off of my Mac drive, but I have already allocated the amount of space for bootcamp I want to use so I will just live with it.

I will also check out the triple boot guides. :-)
