EDIT: Wow, major fail. I submitted the thread before I finished the title.... Figures lol.
Hey everyone, I hope I have the right forum for this!
I am wondering, if I can use my Xbox 360 with a computer monitor. I won't use the monitor with a computer, I would just use it as a "TV" lets say.
I have a receiver with 4 HDMI inputs, and have 3 devices connected to it. (One of them being the Xbox 360.)
Can I connect the HDMI-out from the receiver into the computer monitor, and just switch inputs on the receiver when I want to watch TV, play the 360, or watch a movie etc.?
Sounds to me like it would work, as the monitor just displays what ever you connect to it?
I hope this doesn't sound like a total noob question, since I usually know my stuff when it comes to this kind of thing.
