Is this Incipio's Midnight Blue?

I ordered the Incipio case from someone on Ebay. Good reputation, and good transaction history. It was my first Incipio case. I ordered the Midnight Blue, BUT when I received it, it looked much different compared to the website. So for those who have the case, is this it?

Well i dont own any incipio products, but a lot of times the colors you see on website will not always be true to life colors. so that might be just that color.. i dont think you have anything to worry about..
And for next time this should be posted in the iPhone forums under the "Accessories" sub forum. :)
