problems with Apps after mms download

All my apps that I have downloaded after getting the phone wont work....The stuff that comes on the phone already when you buy it works(email, safari, ssm/mms, stocks, calculator, ect). I cant get stuff like facebook, or games, or anything else that was downloaded form the app stored to work. It all started after I did the update for the mms. Anyone have any ideas?
