Cannot Find Bootcamp Assistan..help

bootcamp assistant not showing in my utilities...trying to remove partition that i had XP installed on so my entire HD is under OSX like when originally purchased.
 
I think the problem may be I've deleted bootcamp beta in my haste to restore the computer. Where can I re-d/l ?
