What are the capabilities of OpenCL?

Will OpenCL be able to manage using multiple graphics cards in games and other graphic dependent programs? like SLI but software based?

What is anything else it can do 😕

No. In fact it's not really for graphics at all: it's a way of running general purpose calculations on the graphics chips instead of the CPU.

Ah OK, thanks.

So having multiple GPUs can speed up application performance significantly?

So a GTX 285, and 3x GT 120's can be used? if the application is coded to use them?
